HR:30 Series – Exempt Threshold Increase Struck Down

Earlier this year, the Department of Labor implemented a series of increases to the exempt threshold. The first increase took place in July 2024, and the second was scheduled for January 1, 2025 across the nation. On Friday November 15, 2024, this highly visible DOL ruling was struck down.
