Elaine Johnson,  VP-Advisory Services for DCSI.  In her role, she is accountable for building strategic client relationships and delivering relevant tools, methodologies, and approaches to develop and implement HR strategies and transformational solutions.

Elaine has over 25 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Management Consulting, Innovation, and Corporate Development.  Her background includes strategy development, organizational design and talent development, business transformation, and mergers/acquisitions/integrations with national and international organizations.

In addition to an MBA from the University of North Florida and Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of South Florida, she is nationally accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional through SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. Her community activities include serving on the Business Advisory Council for the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida and the Executive Committee and immediate past Chair for the First Coast Workforce Development Board (CareerSource Northeast Florida).
